5 Ring MU

L1: 45# / 35#, 5 ring rows + 5 HR PU per round
L2: 75# / 55#, 2 false grip ring rows + 2 dips (try for unbanded – jumping is an option) = 1 MU rep
Rx: 95# / 65#
